We only collect the information we need to book and complete your detailing appointment.

• The service address — the location where you would like your vehicle detailed. Because we are a mobile service, we need this so your detailer can come to you.

Payment information
When you book, we take a deposit, which is processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. You enter your card details directly with Stripe. We do not see, handle, or store your full card number. We only receive confirmation that your deposit was paid, along with limited non-sensitive details such as the last four digits of your card and the payment status. Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, our website platform may collect basic, aggregate technical information such as your browser type, device type, approximate general location, and which pages you view. This is privacy-friendly analytics that helps us understand how the site is used. It is not used to personally identify you.

These providers only receive the information they need to perform their specific function, and they are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We may also share information if we are required to do so by law.
To be clear: we do not sell your personal information to anyone.
5. Payment Information
We take a deposit at the time of booking. That payment is handled securely by Stripe, a trusted third-party payment processor.
When you pay your deposit, your card details are entered directly with Stripe. Your full card number is never stored on Grand Standard Detailing's systems, and we never see it. What we receive from Stripe is simply confirmation that the payment succeeded, along with limited non-sensitive details such as the last four digits of your card and the payment status.

The remaining balance for your detail is paid directly to your detailer at the time of service.
6. Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files a website can store on your device. Our site uses only minimal, privacy-friendly analytics through our website platform to understand things like how many people visit and which pages are popular. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.
Stripe may also set cookies that are necessary for processing your payment securely and for fraud prevention.
